General Rules, Legal Disclosure, Terms and Conditions:
This Agreement constitutes and expresses the entire agreement and understanding between SSBI and the students of the SSBI Institute who gets registered with the online e-courses by paying the fees and accepting the terms and conditions mentioned below. Terms & Conditions : According to needs and information received from concerned organizations, departments and quality policy updates, we regularly update / improve or change these Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Fee Structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus, service deliverables etc on regular basis, so please always visit website, exam. schedule page, FAQ, T&C (for updates / announcements / changes etc) and also check all your emails regularly. Always confirm all details from www.ssbiedu.in only. The roll number/course key/login details to each participant will be given on acceptance of candidature. Any change in address, email id, phone number, mobile number or in any other details must be informed to the institute, by following the prescribed procedure as laid down by the Institute. Course duration will start / counted from issuance of admission and acceptance of candidature. We are not responsible for delays in course fee payment on given time period due to courier or postal delay, holidays, payment processing time, cheque / Demand Draft rejection or any other reason not within our control. After registration for E- Course Certification participants will receive their official intimation 5 to 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment intoour account. All our Courses, Study Material and Contents are for educational and informational purposes only. The Institute and its officials will not responsible for any kind of misuse.Participants will be fully responsible for any unwanted or misuse of knowledge/contents. Our Courses will / may not transfer as college credit. These all are Internal Security based additional knowledge toenhance alertness and public awareness towards safe city. Participants do not need to attend any classes so we provide fully integrated assignments based self study online E-courses. Duration mentioned on site is maximum duration required to complete his/her course. Our courses are for your educational enrichment, enhancing knowledge and professional developments, We do not provide job assistance to our participants. Our courses are self-paced with assignments submission as per laid down course structure.Participant can complete their course as per their convenient time and place, within stipulated time frame. For any updates or announcements please visit our website regularly. In many cases or related to assignment questions, exam. schedule our team will update details on website and they never directly contact with participants, so please visit our website regularly. Participant must have basic knowledge about computer, internet, email etcto access online portals, e-library , to check announcements, updates, exam schedule, to appear online exam., to assignment questions etc. As our main communication medium is E-Mail Only and all the systems are online, so you may not receive any phone call from us. SSBI Institute reserves the right to make change to Terms and Conditions from time to time and so participants should check website regularly. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using the Service. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific local terms appearing elsewhere on the Service then the latter shall prevail. Participants must ensure that the details provided by them, on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must keep your password and user name confidential and not disclose them or share them with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting immediately at : admin@ssbiedu.in If SSBIInstitute has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account. SSBI Institute reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way. If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users you may have action taken against all of your accounts. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Service and all content (including all applications and materials) located on or available through the Service shall remain vested with their respective entities. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of content requires the prior written permission of SSBI Institute. The names, images and logos identifying SSBIInstitute or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of SSBI Institute and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of SSBI Instituteor any other third party. These Terms and Conditions will be subjectto the laws of India and the Jurisdiction will be Ahmedabad, Gujarat. India. License : You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to access and use the Online Course for the duration of time for which the applicable fees, if any, have been paid. You may not copy, distribute or otherwise share the materials you have printed out with others. The Online Course is licensed to only registered participant. In no event may registeredparticipant share their login, password or use of the Online Course with another person, or transfer, rent, sell, or otherwise dispose of the Online Course on a temporary or permanent basis without the prior written consent of SSBI Institute. Limitations of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither ssbi institute nor anyone else who has been involved on behalf of ssbi institute in the creation, production or delivery of the online course or any services provided in connection therewith, shall be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages (including damage for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of data, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the online course, even if ssbi institute has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ssbi institute or its licensors or supplier's total cumulative liability for loss or damage under this agreement exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the online course. Miscellaneous: Termination. These General Terms and Conditions, including the Additional Terms, may be changed from time to time as described below or by written agreement. Charges and payment terms may be changed in accordance with your applicable price schedule or purchase agreement; all other provisions may be changed by SSBI INSTITUTE immediately upon notice. All current subscribers to the Online Course will be notified by of any such changes by e-mail. Continued use of the Online Course following any change constitutes acceptance of the change. Transferability. Registered Participants may not assign their rights to access and use the Online Course without the prior written consent of SSBI Institute. Waiver/Modification. No waiver or modification of the terms of this Agreement shall be effective unless ratified in writing and signed by both Registered Participant and SSBIInstitute. This Agreement will not be amended or modified by the terms of any purchase order or acknowledgement, regardless of whether SSBI Institute may have accepted or signed the same. Any party's failure to enforce the provisions of this Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of any other provisions or rights. Fees & Payment Mode: Participant can pay course fee throughany of the methods like Credit Card, Net Banking or on line payment etc. Fees paid for the course will not be refundable. Fees can only getrefunded when a course applied for has been cancelled by SSBI Institute or only in case the candidate does not get registered participant code number. Refund (after deducting administrative cost) if any has to be claimed within 7 days from date of payment receipt. Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances after 7 days. Your order is an offer to purchase Online Course Services from us. The Online Course Service will be made available to you once your payment has been authorized and the course session has started. There will be no contract of any kind between registered participantsand SSBI Institute unless and until you make authorized payment for the Online Course Service. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Online Course Service to you without giving any reason.
